I am here in South Africa now and am disgusted and ashamed of thelack of genuine concern by the South African leaders in general.

While Mbeki spouts off about progress, millions of the neighbouring Zimbaweans are systematically being starved to death and otherwise opressed. The hypocrisy of the so-called front line states — that could not stomach Ian Smith even though he DID NOT systematically starve and brutalize the general population that they fled the country in their millions, is there for all to see. In this, the neighbouring governments are RACISTS and FACISTS and self-serving selfish self-centered heartless ghouls. If Mugabe had a white skin, they would never have tolerated him for a moment — they should not tolerate ANYBODY doing what he is doing, no matter what this skin colour is.

The issue is actually UNRIGHTEOUSNESS.

RIGHTEOUSNESS exalts a nation, and sin is a reporach to a people, wrote a very wise and benvolent ruler almost 3000 years ago.

I pray that that He who rules heaven and earth, will in mercy turn this poor suffering country to Himself. For that I see, is the best of all hopes. Men shall fail, even the good ones (unless upheld by the Lord). And as long as the people look to men they shall be dissappointed. Let us pray that God will raise up and plac ein government leaders who will honour Him, and thus bring blessing to this dark and needy land.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
